Costumes rental conditions:
You have the opportunity to book rental carnival costumes in advance. In order to guarantee a suit on a predetermined day, you need to make a security deposit in the amount of a one-day rental price. An oral telephone arrangement will not guarantee rental.
If, for any reason, the customer refuses to rent the suit, and has warned about this for more than two days, the money will be fully refunded to the client.
Refusal of pre-agreed rental conditions in less than two days will result in payment of 50% of the cost of renting a costume.
• Carnival outfit can be rented for a day or more. The cost of long-term rental of suits is negotiated with each customer on separate conditions. In the event that the outfit was not returned at the time specified in the contract in advance, the lease is extended for another day. One more day is added to the rental price.
• Given the high cost of the costumes and their artistic value, during the rental, the customer leaves a security deposit in the amount of the selling price of the outfit. After the rental, the money is returned to the client, the rental price is deducted from the amount.
• The carnival outfit is returned by the client in the condition in which they were rented. If the customer saw any drawbacks of the order at the time of receipt, their list must be indicated in the contract.
• If the suit is damaged after the lease, the cost of the outfit is fully refunded by the client. If the suit has spots, dirt, there are minor problems, defects are eliminated at the customer’s expense.
• Leased suits are not allowed to be washed, cleaned, hemmed “according to the figure”, or use additional decor. Such actions will qualify as deliberate damage, which is fully compensated by the client.
