FREE RETURN OF GOODS


You can return or exchange goods that did not suit you.

Return / Exchange Terms:
You can return or exchange the product if it did not fit in appearance, defects were found or size did not fit. Provided that the product was not in use, and its properties, labels, packaging, factory labels and presentation are preserved. We recommend that you order a free return service for seven days. Attention, return is possible from the city to which the order was originally sent.

Return / Exchange Procedure:
You can return / exchange the product to the store or send it in the package using the courier service "Nova Posta" in the original packaging to the recipient's address: Kiev, branch of NP No. 347. You can learn the details of the recipient from the manager-consultant by phone. The cost of sending the goods with the marriage during the return, we assume. To do this, sending the package, just select the payment by the recipient. When sending goods, please do not choose a cash on delivery method. Parcels sent with cash on delivery will be returned to the sender.

We are not accept Refund!
The company gives you a certificate with amount that you can use within a year.

 

WARRANTY


According to the current law of Ukraine “On protection of the rights and interests of the consumer” (under Article No. 7, Section No. 2), the seller is fully responsible for the free repair and replacement of goods with a similar one if the buyer receives goods of inadequate quality. The law is effective when the purchased product does not meet the stated requirements.

  • The seller undertakes to accept the goods from the buyer and replace with a similar one. To check the quality of products given 14 days. Delivery of goods from the buyer is carried out at the expense of the seller in case the manufacturer's wine is proved.
  • In the case of using our free return service, money for the goods will be returned, except for the shipping costs.
  • When a similar product is not available at the company's warehouse, the seller is given two months to satisfy all the requirements of the buyer. In the case of an exchange for a product similar in quality and characteristics, the cost is not recalculated.
  • The consumer has the right to submit claims to the seller for the elimination of marriage or malfunctions that are manufacturing. Replacement of parts and repairs are carried out in strictly established terms, up to fourteen calendar days.
  • Buyer requirements are considered after the submission of documents confirming the purchase and written statements.
  • The seller undertakes to compensate for material losses that were caused by the purchase of low-quality products.
  • f the seller proves that the defects or external defects of the product are caused due to improper transportation, storage, operation, the seller has the right to refuse compensation for material damage.
  • The buyer can negotiate with the seller through an agent or on his own behalf.

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER


  • On clothes defects on which arose as a result of operation (wear, repair);
  • On a fabric with mechanical types of damage (tear, cut, burn);
  • If the protective label is removed, then the goods will not be suitable for the return conditions.


Carefully inspect the goods at the time of receipt, before removing tags and other original packaging. If you see the reason why it did not suit you, refuse the order right away. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange goods.
