Description

A replica of an assault rifle, made of metal and wood, with an imitation of the loading and firing mechanism, as well as with a removable magazine.

The M1928 automatic submachine gun, designed by John Taliaferro Thompson in 1918, was adopted by the US Armed Forces in 1938. It was used during World War II and later in the Korean War and early stages of the Vietnam War. This weapon was popular with soldiers, criminals, police and civilians due to its ergonomics, compact size, reliability, high rate of fire in automatic mode and .45 ACP cartridges. It had a direct magazine for 20 rounds or a drum magazine for 50-100 rounds.
